Great pack for trail running! Super light. With bottles full and pack stuffed I couldnt even tell I was wearing it (until I started drinking and the bottles sloshing)! No bounce at all. Front pockets are nice feature, but a bit small (room for 2 gels each). Back pocket fit a tight packing shell, pants, and long sleeve! (dont try that with any thick clothing though). I had considered the naviti for more storage but was worried that it might be too big. Now I am not sure... the katoa rides so nice, I feel like a larger pocket may still be fine. I like the bungee for another small addition. Easy to get bottles in and out. The kicker valves take a little getting used to, but seem to work well. Overall I love it because it rides so well and doesnt seem to slow me down. I love my old UD two bottle pack (can't even remember its name, but it has lasted forever and is still in service) and the katoa is definitely an improvement.
