Veteran of more than 1,000 recordings by artists including Weather Report, Michael Brecker, LL Cool J and Mary J. Blige.And when we started working on our Victor Bailey Acoustic/Electric bass, the man himself graciously spent a great deal of time and effort on it with us. (More customer reviews)Over 2 years ago I added the 4-string version of the acoustic bass to my collection...after playing it, I just had to add the 5 string to my collection and have been satisfied ever since to own both of them in the series...even without plugged into an amp, the sound still resonates and fills the room...the tonal quality is nice and crisp, easy to transport, always gets multiple second looks and a perfect conversation starter even to those accustomed to only electrics...nice job Fender...thanks Victor for the insipiring instrument design too...once purchased, you'll always question why you didn't added this one to your collection sooner...cheers...DEO...}:)>
