(More customer reviews)This excellent BCD has served me well in both the warm waters of the Caribbean and the chilly depths of the Northern California coast. The QLR integrated weight system is dead simple to operate, the pockets are spacious and drain well, and it folds nearly flat for travel, just as advertised. It works seamlessly with the Oceanic Air XS 2 Integrated Inflator / Octo, as one would expect.
I would have loved for it to include at least one more metal D-ring (I tether all instruments and accessories with retractors - rough surf entries are par for the course in NorCal.) The grommets are spaced such that the BCD is compatible with the Oceanic Spinner BCD Knife mount, but tethering the knife is a bit awkward without a dedicated attachment point for the retractor (I use the closure on my left BCD pocket for that purpose.) However, these are minor gripes and should not deter one from purchasing this fine BCD!
