The company is family run in Nashville, TN and is trying to get thier name out by producing outstanding but affordable products for new musicians and professionals alike. Backed by great one-on-one customer service and support by an AMERICAN company who could go wrong? I say, lets support the small businesses of america.
I have a Copley CA-7 that I will never give up. Here's my summary. SOLID WOOD CEDAR TOP, SOLID WOOD BODY, AWESOME BUILT-IN TUNER WITH A SIMPLE BUT ELEGANT STYLE TRADITONAL BODY. Sounds great. Check thier website. Call em. Don't overlook them.

(More customer reviews)I bought this Oscar Schmidt requinto about 3 months ago and I am very happy that I did. I tune the 6 th string to G and have found that satisfactory for the music I like. The high, almost mandolin sound I get from it compares to what a baby grand piano sound like next to a full sized one. The bridge on the body is very well reenforced and is shaped in a moustache configuration giving it a well made, appealing look. I very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

It was my very guitar and still my only one.
Back then, I didn't know what to look for in a guitar.
Now, though, I realize how good of this guitar is.
It has built-in amp and tuner, which is very convenient.
I have seen so many crappy so-called "beginner guitars." Don't buy those!!
Even if it is just for hobby (like me), get something that is at least $250 and up.
I highly recommend this guitar to anyone who is interested in starting to learn how to play.

(More customer reviews)As always before I purchase an item I am not familiar w/ i do my rersearch on it. Fender is well known for electric but not so for acoustic. So I was unsure of the quality--till i took it to be set-up at my local guitar shop--the tech said he was not a big fan of Fender acoustics---till he played it and thren pluuged it into an amp aftewards.He sdaid he was impressed w/ the product.And may be changing his thouts on Fender acoustics--which i was pleased to hear--not the work stats for me learning to play my new purchase--sdo away I go. Don't be afraid to choose fender acoustic---i think you will be pleased.
